The GYM RAG Liquid Chalk comes in a nicely designed small container with carabiner clip.Dispenses easily and cleanly. Only a small amount (equivalent to size of a twenty pence coin) will usually provide enough chalk coverage for both hands. Quick drying and provides good grip.This product is stated as being lemon fragranced, but I didn't notice a distinct lemon scent. However, that doesn't detract from this product that it didn't seem to have a discernable lemon scent.Overall, a good product, and I do recommend liquid chalk as a useful addition to anyone's gym kit bag.

I cannot believe the difference this has made to my training, I have been a weightlifter for 19years and more recently I have moved over to callisthenics, I’ve been doing callisthenics for around a year now and I’ve never used any kind of chalk as to be honest I did not want it messing up my stuff getting my clothes covered in it or my phone carkeys etc, this liquid chalk does not transfer to your clothes and I was shocked at just how much grip it gave me, I normally just wipe my sweaty hands on my trousers before a one arm dead hang or muscle ups etc but especially with dead hangs my hands losen grip due to sweat, using this chalk made it feel like I was glued to the bar so much so that I in fact doubled my hang time, I feel so stupid knowing this has been there all along and I’ve never used it, moving forward I will not be without this, it also washes off super easy and one bottle should last ages because you only need a pea size amount

Yes, there is a bucket of chalk at my gym. Yes, I do use it .. and make a mess! I have very little upper body or hand strength, so always try to make a better stab at it using more chalk, which clearly isn't going to help much! Having this to hand (clipped to my water bottle) is SO much cleaner and easier, both for body strength exercises and lifting. I hadn't used this before but it is really good - just a small amount turns to a thin layer of chalky substance that's so much more drying than standard gym chalk. It lasted a lot longer and gave me better traction on the bar. I will be using more of this!

I go indoor bouldering several times a week. I'm a big fan of chalk, but something that doesn't fill my lungs with dust could be good, right? I go bouldering, stick this on my hands generously (there is a hint of lemon in the air, not much but a hint), rub my hands together and let it dry. Nice white hands, but they are surprisingly slippery, I apply chalk liberally over top and it all come off immediately along with the base layer. I've been over the Canada bouldering and used Mammut liquid chalk over there, that's pretty good (if harsh on the skin), this stuff isn't in the same league - if you want liquid chalk get the Mammut stuff it's got resin in and actually makes you stick to the walls/rocks.It's not good for climbing.

The media could not be loaded.  Doesn't smell like lemons, it is a little above average liquid chalk though, but doesn't give much grip, more of a helps to absorb sweat, maybe better for people that oversweat on hands, but don't want the extra grip to be sticky. Not a lot in the little tub but it does come with a handy but cheap hook. Sorry I would say it is a little overpriced for liquid chalk that doesn't smell like lemons, and comes in very little quantity with average give or take results.Used this to weight lift at home, it did help but not for the grip, more for preventing excessive sweat. Best used directly in the middle of the palm and rubbing hands together, then blow until dry, it turns to white powder, I didn't notice any flakes but I did notice a lot of powder smoke, then ready for exercising.

I use this in the gym when performing a set of pull ups. My local gym an be hot and my hands sweat so this really helps mintain grip. It's not the quickest drying but the level of grip is good. The bottle is a handy size to have in my gym bag. I don't use it often so I'm sure it will last a while.
