Great tap. Easy to fit. Highly recommended. Reasonably priced.

I’ve had this tap for nearly two years now, and it’s still functioning well. It’s an okay tap at a decent price, but it’s definitely not suited to low‑pressure systems. The different spray modes are very useful, and the pull‑out hose is a genuinely handy feature. However, it often doesn’t retract properly, usually because it catches on items in the sink cupboard, so you do need to keep the space underneath fairly clear. The hot/cold label wore off long ago and is now just a brass bump, but at the end of the day it is a cheap tap, so that kind of wear isn’t surprising. The build quality is acceptable for the price, and the features are good, but it’s not something you’d choose for a high‑end kitchen. If you’re on a tight budget and want a tap with useful features like spray modes and a pull‑out hose, it’s a perfectly acceptable option. Just be aware of the limitations.

Well, the tap works... for now. Installing it was like trying to follow a treasure map drawn by a madman – the instructions seemed more intent on securing it to a countertop than to a sink. But hey, who needs clear guidance when you’ve got a wrench and a willingness to fail? The pull-out head? Let’s just say it’s more ‘pull’ than ‘out’. The "gravity ball" meant to retract the hose? About as useful as a lead balloon. It’s so light I half expect it to float away. So here I am, on my hands and knees, wrestling with the hose under the sink like I’m taming a wild animal. On the plus side, it does spray water, which is good for a tap. The pressure’s nothing to shout about – a light drizzle compared to our old one – but I suppose it gets the job done. Eventually. We bought this on discount, and honestly, that’s the only reason I’m not furious. If I’d paid full price, I’d be standing outside the manufacturer’s office with a strongly worded letter, this faulty tap, and a laughably non-threatening scowl.

This tap totally exceeded my expectations. It's really well made and feels solid. The plumber who installed it said he thought I had paid at least £100 - £150. It works so well. I hadn't appreciated it has a spray option which is brilliant when washing up. It really makes the washing up liquid lather up and so you use less. All round I am really pleased.
