I've just learned about this stuff It's amazing! I put it in my coffee with a little bit of iodine I didn't wake up one time during the night to take a nightly whiz And this was my second day of taking it yesterday. My dog takes it too unless her amount in his food and he didn't wake up to take a whiz either as he slept late this morning which was awesome!

No real smell at all and the taste is neutral. It dissolves easily into my morning tea. My appetite is suppressed for over 5 hours. Easy to use and I feel very effective in assisting me with my health goals.

Happy with product, however the lid has no seal to prevent leaks after opening. This unit will leak after being opened.

Works well for me, would like to see a larger size container.

I bought this for the seborrheic dermatitis on my forehead. There is very little taste, for which I’m grateful. Sadly, I quickly realized that my gut did not like it. (It seems this is not uncommon.) However, I noticed improvement after just two topical applications! Using a very small amount once a day, my skin is visibly better after just a few days. So happy to find a natural remedy!

I love this product..very smooth and easy to mix

It's true, the seal gets stuck in the lid. You just have to pry it out. It really isn't too big of a deal unless it spills out in transport. Mine was fine. I do say start with a teaspoon or half a teaspoon if you're smaller person. You can build up more in time or perhaps you'll be like me and only need 1 teas. It's pricey at 15 Tablespoons for 8 oz container.

Be careful of this product. The bottle was received in an open condition and was not properly sealed.

The product is very good.However, the seal was broken and the oil leaked into the packet. I did not return because I needed it on an urgent basis..
