The taste is pleasant, and the energy boost is gradual. There is no crash and no jitters. An excellent choice when you need a boost and aren't really thirsty.

I received a complimentary box of Surge. I use it as a pre workout and I love it. I breezed through my hour class and worked out on upper body equipment after. I most appreciate the ingredients and that I get all of them in liquid form. The taste is good too. I shall order from Amazon now.

At first the taste was a little sour but after drinking about 8X of these the taste has become a little more bearable now I know what to expect. I like the list of ingredients they listed in the product but they did not provide how much of each is included in each 2 oz bottle. How much of CoQ10, Citicoline, or turmeric is included is it just a few micro grams so it can be listed on the bottle? I understand the supplement market is not regulated and you have to trust to some extent the manufacturer's claims, but this product has no claims of ingredients other than it contains maybe trace amounts.I gave it three stars because it's not too sweet and the sugar and caffeine does give you a small boost to help perk you up, but I didn't notice any more focus or peak performance.

Tried the Surge shot and noticed a moderate and continuous boost in energy levels. Of the various SAGA products I have tried so far, this one was my least favorite in terms of flavor but that is always a matter of preference. The important thing was that the product achieves what it claims, they have won me over as a customer.

It might work, too bad I was unable to drink it without vomiting. My trash can loves it tho, says its never felt better.
