My wife had a painful shoulder. She put one of these patches on the shoulder before going to bed and told me the next morning that the shoulder with the patch had given her no pain throughout the night.My wife said that it didn’t feel like the patch really generated any significant heat at all but it still dealt with the discomfort.The patch itself didn’t cause any skin irritation.One thing to note is that the patches adhere very firmly to your skin so can be slightly painful to remove after use – a bit like a waxing treatment.

These are ok but I found I have to rub body oil over my skin to remove the adhesive from them

Thought this was quite expensive for just one patch….but at time of review this product is £11.99 with a 50% off voucher….The patch is quite big and sealed in a protective bag…Says this can be used on most parts of body….and will last up to 12 hours….Patch should be removed if burning or any reaction to the skin…These patches are easy to use….i found putting this on my knee did help a bit….patch stuck well…a bit to well for my liking….dont use this if you have thin skin …Helped with pain….but only having one pain soon came back…

Worked as described

Severe burning sensation and left skin sore and red burn mark for days after . Please stay clear

I got these for my Daughter, who competes at gymnastics events and occasionally has aches and pains resulting from that.These patches are just the right size for our use. They apply quite simply following the supplied instructions and adhesiveness is good enough to hold the patch in place.There have been no adverse reactions to using these patches, however my daughter does find that the well known brand patches she used previously are a little more effective and last a little longer. These patches are, however, less costly so there is a balance to be met.

Me concernant c'est efficace, ça soulage mes contractures du cou et épaules. Bonne adhérence a la peau, ça tient bien en place, ça chauffe néanmoins avec de léger picotements mais je n'ai pas constaté de rougeurs sur ma peau, et je trouve que c'est efficace au delà les 12H.

Habe es für meine Mutter gekauft die mit 84 Jahren Schulter Probleme hat.Das Pflaster an sich wirkt, aber anbringen und wieder entfernen ist echt ein Problem.Auch am Rücken ist das selbe Problem.

Zum Einen haben wir keinen Effekt warnehmen können und zum Anderen ging es extrem schwer ab, so dass auch die Hautregion sehr darunter zu leiden hatte.

Für diesen Preis unschlagbar! Wird auf jeden Fall wieder gekauft. Hilft mir bei Schmerzen/Verspannungen im Schulter und Nacken Bereich. Klebt sehr gut. Riecht überwiegend nach Menthol was mich aber nicht stört. Nachdem das Pflaster drauf ist reibe ich leicht ein paar Sekunden drüber und dann merkt man schon wie die Wirkung einsetzt :)
