Great awesome watch but not waterproof!
I love this watch! The customer service through the app GomoFit is amazing! They replaced my watch free of charge and shipping after I wore it in the ocean. It died in a few minutes so beware, it cannot handle the beach. I killed the next one in the shower, it's not dead dead but the screen lcd is messed up. Apparently it cannot handle heat and steam. Fair enough. They issued a full refund. I actually am considering buying it again since this new price is a steal for what this watch delivers! People were impressed with the screen too, they thought it was better than an Apple and Samsung watch. I was impressed with everything too from the actual functions of the watch to the immediate connection and resolution with a real person in the app. I'd have to figure out what I could replace the wrist band with as I had an allergic reaction to it. But maybe this price could sway me from looking for a watch that is waterproof and can send short replies back to text. It's very tempting!

Great watch. Great price.
Not much of a watch wearer, but work in a job that I can't have a phone in my hand. This watch does all that I need. Step counter, answer phone calls, control my music and be notified of texts and more. Durable even in tough warehouse conditions.

UPDATE: replacement works fine
For now, I will leave 3 stars. I'm pretty tech savvy so I was able to complete set up without incident. However, I cannot make calls using the phone book, I have to manually type in the number. I worked with their love agent to no avail. Worth the $35, but has its flaws. May update review once I can figure it out. Also, if you select battery saver- you will have to manually push the side button to wake the screen. UPDATE: Thanks to Amazon Customer Service, I was able to get a replacement and the new device is working fine. Annoying that you can't turn off certain notifications (i.e. call recorder, when your music changes) it will vibrate for all things. It's an all or nothing type deal. Worth thr $ spent.

Absolutely useless. Can't even use as a watch. Health monitoring capabilities doubtful.
"If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". I was thrilled to discover this, hoping to upgrade my old "Honor" cheap "smartwatch" (mostly functions and updates are blocked by my Pixel (Android 14) phone now.The downloaded app requires you to enter a credit card for "membership".My Pixel Phone (running android 14) absolutely will not allow the device to connect via bluetooth. The app itself won't run on my phone (even after creating an account via phone number), just get a notification that it can't run on my phone (likely because it's a threat?). Therefore, I can't set the time, date, receive messages, dial or accept calls, anything.Even as far as a health monitor, I KNOW I have super high blood pressure (check my BP regularly in a healthcare work environment), and smoke heavily, use an inhaler. The health monitor modes (the only functions that worked, besides a step counter) returned results showing my BP as "normal" , oxygen level as near 100%.I'm thinking that if I had entered a credit card, it might be able to function, but WAY too sketchy for me to even consider doing that!!!!!!

Decent watch for the money but
I have a few issues with the way it works. For starters, no where does it say that when you put the watch on battery save mode that the "raise to wake" option is disabled completely. I thought something was wrong with the watch. I clicked and clicked and nothing happened.Second, it doesn't count your steps correctly. Whoever designed the watch made the smallest stride 30 inchs. My steps are not that long. 18 inches at max from toe to heel. If keep my phone on me, the steps are at least 3000 or so ahead of the watch. I average 11k being a stay at home mom and yesterday I barely hit 8k steps on the watch. My fit bit is too uncomfortable due to poor design but it is way more accurate.Third, if you want the watch to track your heart rate constantly, it drains the battery faster. So if you want to know your heart rate, you have to go click on it and wait for it to load. Its little things but what the point of having a smart watch at all if it can't even do the simple things right. I dont even care for the call option. Just wanted something more comfortable than the fitbit

Great watch
This is a great watch. I've had it for a while now and it does everything I was hoping. It charges quickly and the charge lasts for a long time
