The unit was extremely well packed with each item properly protected. Everything is well made and strong, and the installation instructions are simple yet comprehensive. I have used one of the metal rings to enable usage, but my wife's iPhone has MagSafe and the magnet holds it securely. Since my car's internal navigation system is out of date and updates are expensive, I will now be able to use a mobile phone navigation application for my travels. I really appreciate the long and generous warranty, though I hope that I will never need it.

Excellent product best phone holder ive ever had

Overall this seems a good product. The suction section seems sturdy ( i've been on a 600 mile trip sometimes over rather bumpy roads and it kept hold of the phone just fine, although I did have to buy an adhesive mount disk to allow it to stick to my dashboard ( Rheme Disks for Tomtom GPS Compatible 9A00.202 Adhesive Dashboard Mount Disks ). I've not used the extendable arm feature. The second section is the air vent clamp and this works well also. I would have preferred two of the magnetic phone connectors rather than just the one, one for each of the connectors as I like to have them both available to me depending if I'm alone in the car or have a passenger, as this dictates where I put the phone.

Over the years, I have had countless mobile phone holders, but this one beats all others 110% Comes with everything you need to set it in action straightaway. The power of the magnets ensures that your mobile phone will remain steadfast, even on the bumpiest roads! I have it secured on my dashboard, on a platform in front of the CD slot (which I never, ever use), and I have to say the suction capability is superior! It ain't going anywhere once secured! Due to the many positions available, you can be sure that your phone will always be in a position favourable to yourself. I haven't used the fixing for the air vent, but I suspect this will be as exceptionally good. I do have a question...I often change my phone cases and I'm obviously going to run short of the circular magnets which you apply to the back of your case. Is there any way to purchase these separately? Is there a particular type you have to purchase? Update... I was so have with my purchase that I decided to buy another. Not only that, the seller heavily discounted my second purchase. Very happy 😊

Does the job as described

The suction onto the dashboard is strong and easy to install. However, The magnet that holds the phone to the mount is not as strong as hoped. My iPhone 14 is MagSafe, the case is MagSafe, and the phone nevertheless keeps dropping off the mount when going over a normal bump in the road. Very disappointing.

Brilliant phone mag mount, magnet is strong and doesn’t come off over speed bumps, like the previous charger mag mount which I returned. Have to use a charging lead, but at least the phone is secure.

It is useful in installing the phone just the way I wanted below the central rear view mirror without having any holders on the side. This gives it a sophisticated and neat look. It also comes with an attachment for the dashboard ventilation grill, at times it is useful too.
