Purchased refurbished, and works like NEW! I now have a laptop to use on random gigs where people can gather around and sing Christmas songs without looking at their phones and crowding me at the piano! 🥳😅 In the meantime, I've figured out how to USB-C tether hotspot-allocated internet to it, and optionally mirror my phone screen using a web-app\site called scrcpy. (Netflix didn't seem to work; USB debugging must be on).

So far this is great! It was an awesome price and my son loves it. Its so sleek and thin buy kind of heavy comparatively lol

Picked this up to replace a piece of junk with no power cord. My uncle asked me to repair an old free community college freebie chrome book from pre covid. I opted to gift him another chromebook and this one didn't disappoint. No bloatware at all. Just make sure you update chrome so Netflix runs. Nice screen, and good size keys. Trackpad also works

I had one just like this that lasted several years so i got another one.

I purchased this laptop along with a 2year protection plan. The laptop works 3 months at best before you're no longer able to charge it. I purchased the laptop on 10/23/2023 and by 01/24/2024 I had to file a claim for a replacement. It is now 7/28/2024 and the laptop has been malfunctioning since 04/01/2024. Being that the protection plan only covers a replacement laptop once, I now have to purchase a 3rd laptop before the year mark ends. Unacceptable and highly annoyed. I guess you really get what you pay for.

I am very very pleased. It's only been a day but I feel like this is a brand new laptop. The battery is very good. The product looks new. I have had no issues yet. All straight forward and clearly a job done well. I have had many re-newed laptops but this has been my favorite experience to date even though my others were very good this one has been by a hair more than I hoped it would be. New to Chromebooks but know they have a great reputation. This is also one for me! What I missed is only one thing. A lighted keyboard. Not a deal breaker at this price by even a little bit. Adapt and overcome! USMC ONE YEAR LATER...wow time fly's. This has been working just great for the past year. I did notice the bottom screws weren't tightened fully and had a couple missing by the time I caught one on the table after picking up to move I replaced the run away and re-tightened the rest. Not a problem just caution you to check them. I was back looking to perhaps get another as I dropped mine and it wasn't harmed except the corner it hit lost the speaker but I use an external blue tooth speaker since I bought it but the two speakers were adequate in a very quiet place but entertainment (movies/music) require blue tooth speakers to really enjoy which I used on all prior laptops as well. I added a usb plug in reading light to augment the lacking lighted keyboard and does fine but while still not creme de la creme for the price I am not complaining after one year. This has been good enough I came back to consider updating since losing a speaker but decided to wait or maybe go all out later for the big dollar laptop with upgraded speakers but today I am going to say no and keep my smile at saving a ton and perhaps update my blue tooth speakers instead ($30-60) for another year. Heck of a deal all around!! Cheers all!

I bought this for a gift and he really loved it

La computadora la recibí en el tiempo ofrecido, perfectamente empacada y sin daños. La mejor parte es que está nueva. No encontré un solo daño visible en la pantalla o en el cuerpo. La batería está al 100 %. Y por supuesto el precio es una verdadera ganga, de bastante menos de la mitad del precio en tiendas como Liverpool acá en México. Recomiendo ampliamente la compra de artículos renewed, en lo que, a mí, me toca, fue una muy buena inversión. Ahora solamente espero que el rendimiento de la máquina sea de largo plazo.

Supero mis expectativas los dos equipos que adquirí en relación al precio publicado, ideal para comenzar en temas escolares.

El equipo se ve como nuevo, sin rayaduras y sin signos de uso. Llegó muy bien protegido. El Sistema operativo está en inglés pero como mencionan en un comentario anterior esto se soluciona fácilmente ingresando nuestro correo de gmail y cambia a español.

Me parece que trabaja rápido y sin dificultad. Se puede configurar fácilmente y es muy ligera.
