Q: Whats the Tex on this thread?

Can't give you an exact number. It is comparable to Maxi-lok BUT it isn't as good. It is a better used in a regular sewing machine. But again it still isn't Maxi-lok. It shreds when used in a serger. I spent the better part of a day thinking my serger was broken, only to finally realize it was the damn cheap thread.

Q: Will this thread work in a singer serger?

I use it in my Brother serger machine.
