Connected seamlessly to existing Deco system and covers the whole garden. It links to the main hub via a second hub and regardless of this daisy chain the speed is only reduced from 170 Mbps to 145 Mbps which is more than enough for the bottom of the garden. Really very pleased BUT it only has an EU plug so had to set up and check it was ok using an adapter - this wasn’t clear when purchasing.

Bought the Deco 20 (2 Units).For a semi with loft extension and rear extension. 2 units. I have Virgin 100MB which I have had years of poor internet over WiFi the speed was erratic and it was so unreliable and dropping out. I even split the WiFi networks 5 & 2.4 so the 2.4 devices might connect better. The Deco 20 units where very easy to set up and there is plenty of info on YouTube to help with setting the Virgin hub into Modem mode and then connecting the Deco’s. The WiFi is transformed and is very reliable signal is great and even when there is not the full signal the speed of the WiFi can still be 30MB. I choose the Deco 20 as it has a wider bandwidth supports up to 150 devices and had the bonus of antivirus protection. I wish I had done this earlier don’t waste your time with powerline adapters WiFi can work and can be reliable by the Deco 20.

Works as described but be wary if the coverage claim as this was unable to cover half the claim due to concrete walls. Got the S4 for additional coverage and they tied in seamlessly.

I should have heeded some of the other reviews. I'm sending it back because the 5G connection repeatedly cut out, leaving me with angry glances from my family. A pity, since I was hoping it would work well with my existing Deco mesh devices. It did, and the signal was great - when it was there. I also note that the pretty design is not functional: eg the power cable running under the device; the single system light tucked behind one of the 'flanges'. You have to swat up from the (pretty useless) quick quide to work out what various colours mean and then remember them. A triumph of design over functionality.

Das Deco 20x 3er Set zeichnet sich durch ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhätnis aus. Die angegebenen über 500 Quadratmeter Abdeckung werden wohl unter freiem Himmel, bei Windstillstand und in der finsteren Nacht erziehlbar sein, im Haus schaut es freilich anders aus. Aber trotzdem, im Altbau aus echten Ziegeln mit Betondecken kann ich eine brauchbare Abdeckung von ca. 200 Quadratmetern realisieren. Was will man mehr? Aber es gibt noch mehr. Per App, über die sich alles zentral und flott steuern lässt, kann Antivirus, Quarantäne von derächtigen Endgeräten und Malwareschutz aktiviert werden. Sicherlich nicht auf höchstem technischem Niveau und es gibt auch keine weiteren Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten dieser Sicherheitsfeatures, aber auch rudimänterer Schutz in diesen Bereichen ist für den Preis sensationell, denn der Hersteller bewerbt die Funktionen als "free lifetime", ich interpretiere das mal als "gratis für die Produktlebenszeit". Die Jugenschutzfunktionalität habe ich nicht aktiviert, wäre aber auch vorhanden. Der Langzeittest steht zu diesem Zeitpunkt aus, aber die problemfreie, einfache Installation und die Performance lassen bis jetzt nichts zum Meckern übrig. Aktuell eine absolute Kaufempfehlung!

My WiFi has been a disaster for years. With a new fiber connection coming soon, I figured I should get a decent WiFi setup as well. Before we didn't have WiFi coverage everywhere in our 3-story house and we'd have to reboot the WiFi at least 3 times a day. With the deco, no more reboots and 5-bars Wifi signal everywhere throughout the house? its truly a game changer for us. So much so that I'm not even sure we still need the new fiber connection anymore! Setup was easy using a smartphone? Literally took me 4 minutes + updating all of the WiFi connections in my smart home. Suddenly my smart dishwasher will stay connected, which I'd completely given up on, despite it being only 1.5m from where the WiFi excess point used to be. Now it's ~8 meters away and works great, super stable. I'm a happy camper, and with only 2 units!! I expected to need 3, and having to provide an Ethernet link to get good coverage but I don't even need to break out my power line connection for that!

Was having issues with my Google Nest Wi-Fi continuously losing connections with devices. So far I’ve only had stable connections and decent speeds. We have around 30 devices in a 2000sq ft house. Family life is a lot calmer with a working Wi-Fi system!

Excellent product and easy to use, App is very user friendly and very easy to installation via app only. Coverage area is excelletion. My home is of 3 floor of 1000 sq feet area of each floor. and it is well coverage for two floor and third floor is also catching range but i need enough speed so i will purchase Deco S7 now Full coverage to all the floor. Mesh networking is much better then AP network. One more thing you dont need to configure primery router but you have to disable primery router wifi. and it is also budget friendly as compaired to other Mesh networking device available in the market. If you need good connection you have to connect all deco mesh via wired backhaul. I have bought this on 2nd Dec 2024, till now no complaint. and can control all connected devices through app from anywhere in the world. Must have product for home networking.

This mesh setup is foolproof. I’m totally IT blind but the app walked me through the setup process. Once done i felt like networking pro. Suddenly give me confidence for midlife career change. Joke aside. This is pretty good mesh recommended by a friend. App is intuitive, setup was effortless. My grandma can do it.
