Apparently citrate is the better form. These have the ONLY acceptable filler: rice flour. None of that vile magnesium stearate (congealed slime).

My wife was advised by her doctor to increase her daily intake of Zinc. She's already taking a small dose of it in another multivitamin, so these seemed like a good way of boosting her intake. The tablets are quite small, and easy to swallow, and don't have any weird smell or aftertaste. As to whether or not they're working, it's difficult to tell, but her next blood test will hopefully show better Zinc levels.

I like taking this along with the likes of vitamin C and vitamin D3 to help support my immune system. I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 4 months. Pretty good value for money at well under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your immune health.
