I bought the Educational Insights Math Whiz game for my sons, and it’s been a big hit. They actually enjoy playing it, which says a lot for a math-based game. It keeps them engaged while reinforcing important math skills, and they don’t even realize they’re learning half the time. One of my favorite things about this game is that it’s completely screen-free. It’s a great alternative to tablets and video games, and it encourages focus, problem-solving, and friendly competition. The game is easy to understand, quick to set up, and works well for different skill levels. We’ve used it for family game time as well as independent play, and it holds their attention every time. If you’re looking for an educational game that’s genuinely fun and doesn’t involve screens, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend for kids who enjoy learning through play.

I’ve been looking for a fun way that both my 2nd grader and 4th grader can practice their math facts and not be bored. They hate flash cards but love electronic things so when I came across this, I knew this will help my 2nd grader to practice her addition and subtraction and my 4th grader with her multiplication! I like that there is different levels of difficulty so I can adjust based on where they are. My 2nd grader has even used this while eating! There is a calculator mode on it but I’ve been asking my kids not to use it and figure out the answers on their own. Overall a fun way to practice math and it is really durable so even if they drop it, it still works! I plan to take this on road trips and plane rides! I also love that both of my kids can use it!

Nice design - it encourages the use of both hands while utilizing as it is in the shape of the game control. Overall the device is not very user friendly for children. It definitely requires some adult guidance and assistance. In order for a child to utilize independently I would imagine they would need a lot of practice and repetition. Some features I had difficulty figuring out how to make work. Overall, too many buttons and functions. Not a simple or fluid game for kids.

I gave this to my 5yo nephew for Christmas and he loves it. He loves all sorts of learning games, but I was concerned because the screen is super basic and he's used to a switch. It has not been an issue. He likes it so much he took it to kindergarten show and tell.

I love this. Used to have one when I was young. Happy I can have this one for my son. He’s in first grade and we have it on the car which allows us to play together.

J’apprécie particulièrement son côté éducatif qui permet de travailler les mathématiques sans donner l’impression de faire des exercices. Le format est pratique, facile à utiliser et adapté aux jeunes enfants. Les parties sont rapides, ce qui aide à maintenir leur attention. Au final, c’est un jeu éducatif bien pensé qui permet d’apprendre en s’amusant. Une bonne idée pour réviser les bases des mathématiques de manière ludique.
