Yes, they work they are supposed to work. As with others, it is sometimes a bit of a challenge to get the two sides sealing together. Following directions with the little "zipper" tabs helps though I keep forgetting to use them. We have used them for heirloom quilts and find that they keep the seal exactly right. A good price. I would buy them again.

These vacuum storage bags work great, they do a terrific job of taking a giant comforter and squishing it down to a more manageable size to where you can easily store it in a closet or a crawl space, these are very easy to use and are a terrific way to keep everything organized! I also like that the bags are clear so you can easily see what's contained within them. So far I've not noticed any air leakage or honey issues whatsoever, these are also great if you are moving, again a great way to save space!

Pros: 1. You get many varied sizes - mostly jumbo ones, so the set is very functional. 2. They feel high quality, with thick plastic so likely durable in the long run. 3. The best part is that an electric pump comes with the set. That’s a huge plus because it’s designed to fit the seal opening so it’s a quick “plug in and vacuum” situation. 4. Travel friendly with the small pump. Cons: 1. The seal across the top is great. Make sure to go over it with the little plastic pieces multiple times to ensure you get every inch. However, the compression is not the best. I have had other bags that compress so tightly, they’re 1/3 or less of the original size. These go down to about half or a little more. No where near the kind of compression I was hoping for. 2. I don’t know if the pump needs more torque or what, but it leaves behind a lot air. I sat on it trying to help squeeze out more air but I still couldn’t get it to that super compressed state I was hoping for. 3. The cord for the pump is comically short. You need to bring the bag right to the wall socket because the cord is way too short to bring the pump to you. Overall, it’s not a bad set, and a good value too. I wonder if I try a different pump or use my big vacuum hose, that it’ll compress better. I still recommend this as it’s worth as shot with all the pros.

Great bags they fit a lot of items in them and they are very easy to use

I purchased these for my daughter to use to pack away a foam mattress topper. They have limited space, but needed a topper for guests to use on the fold out couch. These bags worked great. They did have to use two bags to make sure the first one didn’t pop open. It did save them a lot of space! I would recommend these to anyone.

Very good concept. Worked well with shark wandvac but the bag isn't the best of quality and has the snap shut ziplock..was for a great price on the flash sale tho. I would buy again for the price I paid. :) put one of the thickest comforters that took up soooooo much space in it and it compacted it so well that it's actually manageable now. My Queensland heeler bit two bags while deflating them and ripped them pretty good

These are awesome I didn't think I was going to like them but I love them when my husband passed away I didn't want to get rid of anything and I still have it so I thought what am I going to do with all this clothing I just wasn't ready to do anything yet so I thought why not try these I love them I even ordered more to put my clothes in so I'll have more space in my closet and actually you could get more in them than what you think and they fit anywhere and also you can stack them which is a great idea is what I do definitely buying again they also helped in the storage bin for my son while he was deployed in the army
