I had a problem with my order and contacted Karma Gear's customer service. They responded quickly and effectively. I would feel confident buying from them again because of how well their customer service handled the situation. Something I did want to note about this product is that though the bottles are listed as 8.5oz, the bottles are actually marked to 9oz and could hold up to almost 12oz. when completely full. They measure 9" around at the widest part and are 6' tall. I was actually happy that they held more water than listed, as I was planning on taking these bottles on long runs, but you may want to make sure they are compatible with your hydration belt by measuring. I have not had any problems with them leaking or falling out of my hydration pack while running; and I carried them in my hydration belt during a half marathon. They worked great and I was SO glad I had them with me! I actually filled them half full then put them in the freezer so that my water would stay cold for the race. The plastic seems to be made of decent quality, no complaints there. I did have a problem with one of the stoppers, but the issue was resolved through Karma Gear's customer service. [...]

Perfect size to carry in hip pouch when out for a walk.

I don’t use a running belt, but these tuck into the pockets of my leggings and stay there while I run. It’s a snug squeeze because I’m a slight lady and my pockets are therefore small, but I haven’t had any problems with falling out. Other bottles bounce out on quicker paced runs, so that’s a huge win! The bottle tip needs to be pressed closed after drinking, so a bit of attention is required to secure your fluid if you sip while moving, but it doesn’t require much pressure to do that. :) Overall, I love these! They keep fluid REALLY well if closed all the way, even if you squeeze the plastic bottle upside down! And you can freeze them with fluid inside (allowing space for expansion).

Son de buen tamaño incluso para llevar en la mano. El agua sale súper bien y es posible aplastar poquito la botellita para cuando ya hay poca agua para ayudarla a salir. EN mi caso me encantaron muy funcionales y resistentes.
