I have now used it for over 6 months now. Overall these are fine for meeting. I can hear everything quite clearly. However many people on other side of call complains that my voice is either not clear or very low. It's definitely not good specially if it costs 27k. I feel like it's waste of money as my 2k headphone works better than this.

While the products are great there is no possibility of repairing any Poly headset in India, I have a voyager 4320 I have been using for the last three years and the mic stopped working on one fine day. After email exchange with HP support I learnt that there is no repair possible in India, and they suggest ne to buy a new one since it was out of warranty. In warranty they will replace which is great but for a headset of this cost it is very difficult to buy one every time it stops working after warranty. They don't even have the possibility of extended warranty. If you are considering a proper UC headset/earbuds for your office meetings maybe, you should consider a brand which will offer extended warranty or repair services after warranty. As far as the products are concerned, they are pretty good on all features. Add: 07/Jan/2026 - after using this for several weeks I find this to be a sub-standard item. I always hear complaints from other participants in the meeting that my voice is not consistent, doesn't work well in a noisy environment. For a earbud at this price range is pathetic, should buy Jabra instead.

I have Poly Voyager focus UC and it worked great. I bought this for my wife and found out that the microphone sucks. The ANC does not work at all. Other person can barely understand what I am saying. Forget about taking a call in traffic. I replaced the device twice thinking it may be hardware issue but it all has same. I even updated to latest firmware but nothing. The customer support is also helpless and keeps saying our team is working on it. So not go for it.

ANC feature dosen't work at all. Zero Value for Money.

Microphones are not working

Dessa fungerar inte att använda när man kör bil. Ljudet är så dåligt att det inte fungerar att föra ett samtal. Men om du tänker ha dom till datorn eller bara lyssna på musik fungerar dom ok, men det finns definitivt bättre att köpa då.

Not really had any high-end earbuds, last set I had was about £100, didn't have noise canceling, sounded ok and only connected to one device. Along come the Poly Voyager 60+ and my whole listening experience has changed! Comes in a box that is not overly fancy but more functional with the star of the show in it and also some very good instructions and everything you need. Was fully charged out of the box and paired with my personal mobile phone with very little problem, I then downloaded the Poly lens app to my phone and connected the Poly Voyager to that, immediately it asked to update the earbuds and charger unit, wasn't a quick process, took about ten mins but it did it on the first attempt and without any drama. never had noise canceling on any of my earbuds so really cant comment on any other products or how it compares but can say it did what i was expecting it to do. i then paired this to my work phone and laptop and could easily select what device i wanted to use through the touch screen on the charger unit, i had no problem with this and it went to each device i selected flawlessly. I used the dongle in the charging case with the supplied USB c to USB adapter that is in the box on my aging PC that has no Bluetooth on it and again, using the touch screen it switched to that with no problem at all. now the party piece. using the supplied 3.5 jack to USB c connecter that was supplied in the box, i connected my tv to the charging unit selected BT transmitter and i had my TV connected to the earbuds, no messing around with trying to get a Bluetooth module for the TV and then trying to pair it, just plug and play, amazing. Had these on for a couple of hours and really didn't even notice they were there, very comfortable and lightweight. How do they sound i hear you say, i was blown away! I listened to everything from old school hardcore to soft rock and the balance in sound is amazing, really low bass, decent mids and crisp trebles, i have never had anything sound this good, again i was absolutely blown away. tried them whilst on a voice and video call and again was very clear and the noise canceling was a great feature as i was in a busy office at the time, when asking my colleagues who i was talking to at the time how my voice sounded as i was using the earbuds, they all said it was crystal clear and honestly didn't think i was in the office as normally the background noise was a lot louder! I absolutely love these earbuds, they perform well, are comfortable and switch between multiple devices including the in built Bluetooth transmitter flawlessly. Would i buy these if i lost them or broke them, hell yeah, in a heartbeat ;-)

O cancelamento de ruído no microfone não funciona. Boa qualidade de construção e pode ser interessante a funcionalidade de streaming pela box para alguns casos. Não serve para estar num coffee shop e falar. Passa todo o ruído das redondezas. Pelo preço há melhores opções.

I bought these headphones for my work. We use MS Teams and I need to switch from the laptop to my phone and back sometimes. Reading reviews I had doubts since the price is pretty high, but happy to report that the product exceeded all my expectations. These headphones are excellent, audio quality is on the same level as Bose QC Earbuds and ANC is even better. The rest: connections, easy of use etc are very good as always for Poly products. First time headphones were used sound was awful, but after upgrades installed on the headphones and the case, everything became fine. This is only one hiccup discovered. Saw some complains that it's not comfortable to wear the earbuds for a long time, not in my case, it feels fine for a whole day.
