Beautiful product. The biggest difference for me has been more consistent energy throughout the day. I used to hit an afternoon slump pretty hard, and that’s noticeably less frequent now. It’s not like a stimulant jolt, it feels more like steady fuel rather than spikes and crashes. I also feel a bit sharper mentally, especially with starting tasks in the morning and staying focused longer without feeling drained. Another thing I’ve noticed is a subtle improvement in overall well-being and stress tolerance. Busy days feel more manageable, and I don’t get as mentally fatigued by the evening. Sleep hasn’t changed dramatically, but I do wake up feeling a little more refreshed on average.

This product was recommended to me by a family member that has never taken the pill. But I was struggling to study for hours on end . My brain was not use to the mental load i was putting it on. Taking this pill, I though it was placebo at first. I didn't feel anything for 5 days. Then it just hit me. Everyone physiology is different so effects may very with everyone. I noticed that my restless leg syndrome completely stop. I'm able to recall things better without struggling. Also talking to people has improved, I'm not longer nervous or stutter when I'm trying to put my idea across. A meal from Hawaii bbq with Mac and rice would put me to sleep, but not on this pill. I get a sudden boost of big energy, then it settles to normal energy. You have to monitor how much caffeine you take. You may need a lot less now. I was a 400mg user or more if I ate out. But it's down to 200 or less. So if you're a strabucks person and you don't know how much sugar and caffeine you consume, you might want to actually find out. The things that distracted me in studying I can control. I have more will power as to what I want to put my energy and focus in. For the most part I have no trouble sleeping but incase you can't sleep because of the pill you might want to supplement with L theanine to relax before you go to bed. I also feel like i can connect the dots better with ideas. I also practice mindfulness and stretch, sleep adequate amount, workout, and try to eat healthy. You will reap the benefits a lot more if you take care of yourself. This is just my personal experience. I will be a long time shopper of this pill. It's a high price tag, but the benefits outweigh the cost.

My blood pressure normally runs pretty high (180/98) took one of these pills and within and hour of taking my BP it had dropped down to 128/72.... the only thing i would caution against is taking more than one... they work great at the recommended dosage .... will definitely buy again!
