Is this product safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. The CKD Gua Sha Neck Cream is dermatologically tested and formulated without harsh ingredients, making it suitable for sensitive skin.

What is the gua sha tip made of, and is it safe?

It’s made of 316L stainless steel—a medical-grade, rust-resistant material that stays cool to the touch and offers a hygienic, soothing massage every time.

Can I use this cream on other areas besides my neck?

Yes. While it's optimized for neck and jawline use, many customers also apply it to the décolleté to improve skin elasticity and texture in that area.

Can I use the refill with my current applicator?

Absolutely. The refill is designed to be easily attached to the original gua sha applicator tip, allowing you to continue your routine without needing to repurchase the full set.

There seem to be many similar products—what sets this one apart?

CKD introduced its first gua sha neck cream in 2022. With patented absorption technology, clinically backed results, and 1M+ units sold across the gua sha skincare line, it continues to be a trusted choice among consumers.
