Please let me know if this wallpaper already is stone texture when you touch it?

We haven't opened the cellophane wrapper yet because hubby is having medical testing. But, I don't see how it would feel like stone. Actually, it does not appear to be 3 D effect or textured at all as advertised. It looks like plain smooth and regular wallpaper. Ad made it look like smaller, rough textured brick. When we do open it, I will let you know if it matches the ad.

Can this be used outside on a porch wall? It is hot in summer and cold in winter in ohio!
