First time buying this product and I was very impressed! It works great and very easy to install in comparison to most others I have encountered. Their customer support was what really sells this product for me. They not only assisted over the phone but they emailed us new installation instructions as the originals were lost by a coworker. Definitely recommend this seller and this product!!I installed this (as a donation) at my daughters daycare as they are located in a high traffic mall area and I was concerned with unwanted people gaining entry into the facility. The owner and the other parents are more than pleased and they have given great feedback. Its professional and heavy duty. Night light and the options of FOB or Card or PIN makes it versatile. I wont use another door system but this one going forward.

This card reader is very simple to work with! If it’s your first time pre wire at your house before the install date! ITS EASY TO ADD PEOPLE WITH THE MGR ADD CARD and then you swipe all the cards you want to activate, it’s that easy! Very happy with price, push button isn’t of high quality so please purchase a separate REX button. Works well but very difficult to decipher the directions had to watch you tube videos on the how to which made it easier- definitely buy extra wire!

The product is well designed and fairly easy to install. But the wire diagram is wrong and after calling technical support they admitted their diagram is wrong.
