The media could not be loaded. I received this yesterday and it worked yesterday but today it won't work. Please advise.Ok update... please make sure the arrow is lined up with the on and off switch. I finally figured it out.

Extremely slow to charge, the charging dock area started playing up 4 months in and now it wouldn’t charge at all! The battery dies fast, it was a nightmare trying to work it initially as it is so sensitive to so many things and gets stuck all the time so it takes time to find ways to operate it! So much hustle and for what? Pay a bit extra get a decent product that won’t need 24/7 babysitting and then break in a few months

The mixer cup is detachable from the base making truly portable. With a screw on base. The sensors light up green to confirm the cup is attached correctly. And the after use clean up is a breeze. Well worth it. The mixer/blender performance could be improved. But the overall experience is very good. Excellent VFM.

Bought it in February and already water is leaking out the bottom. Didn't expect it to break this quickly

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering this blender. I've only used it twice as it takes forever to charge. Even when on charge for hours it still doesn't work. Honestly save your money!

I can use it even in the kitchen. Is powerful, doesn't take too much space, easy to clean.
