The media could not be loaded. This is the best that I have bought. Just recently left ear was not working after a year plus. And I decided to buy another one and this very one was out of order.Then I bought another type more expensive only for it to stop working after just few months. I am still using this very one even if is just the right ear that is working. I am trying to order this again now. Hope I will be lucky to see this type again now.Value for money, quick delivery and clear sound when using it. Above all I only charge it twice in a week and I do use it all day.

Am not into buying expensive earphones as it's to easy to lose or damage them, but sound quality is important.I've had several wired earphones, which have been okay, but my last pair, which I paid about £12.99 for in a local phone shop, got damaged recently so I needed a new set. The set previous to that, I paid about £20.00 for, but the cheaper ones worked better, in fact, having lighter quieter wires.Checking Amazon for new ones and was surprised that wireless earphones were now not as expensive as I'd imagined, so I chose this set randomly.Had them a month and used them a fair bit, for about two hours at a time. Sound quality is better than any wired set I've had as there is no interference from the wires banging against clothing when walking. Can't say I notice much in the way of noise cancellation, but the buds fit better into my ears than my previous sets, so street noise is less audible, and that allows me to keep the volume lower than before. These are my first set of wireless earphones, so can only compare them to the wired phones used before.Overall, am pleased I switched as they are considerably better and more comfortable to wear than my old earphones. They don't fall off and the battery life seems good and the charging case works fine so far, too. They have a quality feel. Imo, no need to spend £200.00 on a pair as these work pretty well. Good product for a good price.

Good product

Using these earbuds for online cycling 2/3 times per week ... thought they were OK.. however the plastic ear hook has now broken after 4 months use .. not great resilience in the plastic material **************************UPDATED REVIEWDespite the issues I had with broken ear hook, Amazon and the company who supply them have been good with their response with a refund from Amazon and then the company supplying have sent a replacement pair which has arrived yesterday (14/02/24). I have upgraded the star review to 3 stars for the service from the 1 star I initially gave it based on the quality of the product. On the whole, a decent sound from the buds for what I needed when exercising

I may have been unlucky ? Bought to replace a pair of Holyhigh earphones that had been well used but battery life was reducing. Really impressed with the click type controls on each ear & the separate volume control, also the LED display on the case was a big improvement on previous pair giving clear info on whether charging. The power output on the case for use as a powerbank worked & could have been handy...However I am no audiophile (previous pair were similar price around £20) but for me the audio was terrible and just not usable. No bass , depth of sound was lacking, no presence & overall "tinny" especially when compared to previous pair. Also, Bluetooth reception dropping out on left hand side after only a couple of days which continued to deteriorate.Based on the number of positive reviews looks like I was unlucky & received a faulty pair, so returned as faulty. Bit of a shame as features were great hence the 2 stars.

Good quality, comfortable and easy to set up. Good for Gym

The earbuds are comfortable and the constant charging carry case is great. Sound quality is okay for the price and connectivity was easy initially but within 9 months one earbud has stopped working. I've tried the manufacturers troubleshooting and YouTube but nothing works and the Amazon repair option isn't available. It seems that I won't get a replacement and will have to buy another pair, not these or any by Pollway though.
