My skin stayed soft and plump even after a long flight and dry hotel air. • At night, I layer on the Barrier Treatment and wake up with calm, balanced skin instead of redness or dryness. My wife has drawers full of sample and full-size beauty products, from moisturizers to anti-aging potions, ointments, creams, and lotions. Some have made it past the “experimentation” stage, and she has a VERY “select” group of overnight and daytime skin care products that have “made the grade”. This trial size of U Beauty Index skin care set includes four .33 fl oz applicators with: a) resurfacing compound b) The Super Hydrator c) The Sculpt Arm Compound d) The Barrier Bioactive Treatment Instructions are extremely detailed should you decide to follow a prescribed (recommended) regimen using these products in tandem. My wife is following the guidelines “to the letter”. As she has with any product someone recommends, she researches, or is gifted to her, she believes in “the science” and will follow directions to avoid wasting or misusing products, especially ones that are “premium”, high-end, and/or have ingredients not found commonly on lower-priced (drug store bargain aisle) products. After a few days following the prescribed usage she is impressed with the quality of the ingredients, and in particular in the resurfacing compound and The Sculpt Arm Compound. She swears that both of these provide a warm feeling upon application that turns to soothing cool after some time on her skin. This is a GOOD thing. It lives up to the claim that U Beauty products are “skin tightening”! You MAY need a magnifying glass, or just quality reading glasses (if you are of that age when small print makes you squint), and there are instructions on the included pamphlet and on the back of the box (don’t toss it out after removing the four applicators). Once you get through the samplers, you will have had sufficient time to determine a) is this the right product for me; and, b) will I commit to a regimen using the products daily, and follow the “layered” plan prescribed. Oh, and those applicators - they are very cool (my wife’s word): they squeeze out approximately the right amount each pump (some products require more than a single pump).

I took this set to Cabo with me for over a week and I’m shocked that I still have some left so had to bring home! These little tiny bottle have enough for my 8 day trip and more! I picked up the U Beauty Trial Index Set Volume 2 to try out a few of the formulas before committing to full sizes, and I’m really impressed. This set is perfect for testing which products suit your skin, and the travel‐friendly sizes make it awesome to pack for trips. The textures are great, absorb nicely, and give you a feel for what the full versions will deliver. If you want to try without buying big bottles, this set is totally worth it.

These are TINY cylinders of minimal amount products. The products worked kind of ok I guess. However, when calculating cost vs effectiveness - the answer was for me - Return this product.

It's a nice product and my skin likes it, however it's much smaller than I anticipated. Each bottle is about the size of my finger. This is not worth 88 dollars at all. It's more of a sample kit than an actual product. If the bottles were much bigger than I would for sure recommend giving it a try, but with how it is I'd just try looking elseware or speak to a dermatologist.

All the formulas in this set layer really nicely together. I felt that my skin looked glowier and smoother after use. This is a great way to try the UBeauty routine or to use as a travel skincare set!

This set of trial products comes in luxurious bottles and has a nice compact packaging. Each bottle is 0.33 fl oz which is not a lot. You don’t need much of it, but for the price tag of $120CAD it’s quite steep. Each bottle is considered to be a step towards a skincare routine which I really liked. SKIN CONDITIONING WASH: The face wash is nice. It feels almost like wax, but then it disappears as you rub it into your skin and it washes off very easily. It doesn’t have a strong scent and feels nice overall. COMPOUND: The serum itself is a medium weight liquid that absorbs very nicely into the skin. It’s a nice precursor to the moisturizer. MOISTURIZER The moisturizer isn’t too heavy and is rich in moisture. My face feels lighter and more hydrated without feeling too sticky or weighed down. BIOACTIVE TREATMENT: The last cream has a suggestion to use 2-3 times per week since it’s much thicker than the moisturizer. It’s deeply moisturizing and much heavier. OVERALL: The set is very luxurious. There were no clear instructions on how to apply or how much was needed so I went with one pump of each serum and it worked well. I’ve been using it since I got it every day for almost 2 weeks and there is still product left. However, at $120 it’s quite pricy for the amount you’re getting. Each bottle is the size of your hand with only 0.33 fl.oz which is $90.91 per fl oz or $30 per travel sized bottle. I would say there are better and more economical options out there, but if you’re looking for a nice gift set, this is a good way to go.

This is a great set to test out an expensive luxury skin care brand. Or, if you're already a fan of this brand then these are great for traveling. The bottles are small, but a little goes a long way and there's enough to last about two weeks if used once a day. The cleanser and moisturizer run out first, the serum lasts longer because it's thinner, and the overnight treatment lasts the longest because you only use it three times per week. I love the moisturizer, one of the nicest I've ever used, it instantly leaves your skin satiny smooth, firm and plump. It kept my combo/dry skin feeling good all day. The serum works well but was a little too strong for me, if used daily it irritated my skin but was fine to use 3 or 4 times a week. The night treatment was fine and provided extra care overnight and I woke up with bright happy skin. The cleanser I did not like, it's a cream cleanser and doesn't foam or lather at all and it was hard to tell if I was using enough and actually getting my skin clean. It definitely didn't dry me out or anything, I think I just prefer a gel cleanser. Overall, this set is good to test the brand out, and if it was in my budget I would 100 percent buy the moisturizer.

Close to unscented, but do range from having a generic soap to a sunscreen scent. The biggest let down of the set is the moisturizer as it's unfortunately one of the greasiest I've used and creates quite a bit of shine on the skin. Overall, not a great value at the current $120CAD/10ml (x4) as I find the quality to not quite match the competition at that value range. I would not recommend this set. Hope this helped!

This set is trial-sized, with each product having 10ml. The nozzle is good; one pump is enough for my face. The face wash is an easy-to-clean, gentle gel cleanser. The hyaluronic serum and daily moisturizer are fast-absorbing and light, which is why I believe a toner is needed before the serum. The night cream is thicker than the moisturizer, but it does not feel heavy. As for the results, the set is not anti-aging after a week of use. However, my face does look brighter and feels softer. All in all, this set does work great for a luxurious product.

Each product has a very nice scent, not overpowering Products feel premium, and a little goes a long way, you don’t need a lot of these products, so even though the trial bottles are small, they’ll last quite a while She did note differences in skin clarity and smoothness after about a week In a vacuum, these products are very nice and your skin will love them. Factoring in the price point makes these harder to recommend, as they’re quite premium.
