I loved "instant" Ramen and it was a regular part of my diet until I was diagnosed as a diabetic a few years ago. At that time I basically gave up all rice, pasta, and most other carbs. Recently I tried a few of the "Keto" noodles and liked them. I'm sure it's still not great for me in large quantity, but good option for the occasional pasta or noodles based meal. Ramen at $4 a pack (sauce excluded) is still a hard sell, but I decided to try give these a try.Well upon delivery the Amazon packaging was not sealed properly and the inside cardboard box was wet from rain. At least I assumed it was rain. Upon opening the box I discovered that one of the packages was not properly sealed. Yay, I get to throw one away before I even get a chance to try the stuff. Now it's up to $5 a pack, and I definitely would't have tried it for that.On further investigation I apparently skipped over other reviews and this is not an odd occurrence, it seems to have happened several times. I understand it not being a return item, but there isn't even a way to file a complaint for a defective item? That's... Well I probably can't and definitely shouldn't say it in an Amazon review.If this were purchased at a local grocery store I'd have been able to go back for defective packaging. Unfortunately products like this are not offered at a local grocery store. Some places may have it, but nothing near me carries specialty products like this. I even have to order online to get the regular low carb noodles. Hopefully adding yet another negative review will help some other sucker avoid wasting their money on this product.EDIT: Tried a pack yesterday evening. Definitely not going to order again. I can't say that the flavor was bad, anything can taste ok with enough seasoning, but the texture is terrible. I would have been ok with soft or firm noodles, I don't want them chewy and rubbery. Followed directions on package to a T, so I don't think it was the cooking that did it.

Did not like the consistency.

I was a little reluctant to try this, but like the other reviewers, I was missing Ramen from my diet. Surprisingly the noodles were plump and al dente. They went well in a soup and with shrimp. I realize that these are not true to our expectations of Ramen, but as a substitute, this was very good. I hope that it comes back onto the market. I would love to buy more. I know they’re a little bit pricey, but if I can eat this at least once a month, it is worth the expense.

I took the Raman out the packet, rinsed them off then put them in a bowl and marinated it with garlic pepper, and a seasoning packet from a real Raman pack in a bowl, without water.. Then I put the bowl in the refigerator for 20 minutes.. Making sure the seasoning was fully marinated in the noodles well.. You can also use Better Than Bouillon as well……… Then I got a small pot put a little water in it just enough to almost cover noodles.. Cook on medium for 10 minutes the noodles will absorb all the seasoning well… You’re welcome

I regularly eat konjac, so I’m used to the texture and taste. The taste of these noodles is fine, but it’s a lot like eating plastic… that being said, I used the microwave.Their idea of spaghetti noodles looks like angel hair to me.I was hoping these might hold sauce better than straight Konjac, but they don’t.

These are the most disgusting noodles I have ever tasted. I would never purchase them again warning they don’t even taste like noodles.

I love this product and now make low carb vegetarian ramen every other day. So glad I found it.
