Cuts very well.
Much better than I expected, cuts very thick mesh wire fence like butter. Hard to use, but its getting softer, and also applied some grease.

Strong equipment
Strong steel. Got the job done. I’ve had these for about 2 years and granted I haven’t used them much but they are good quality.

These bolt cutters came as the site explained. Cut at least 1/4 inch white metal shelving ( ie: type sold by Home Depot ) Satisfied with the cutting ability.

Olympia Tools 39-024 24" Bolt Cutter, Center Cut
It's a relatively heavy tool. Extremely difficult to open or close the jaw when it is new. I have to lubricate all the hinges, use one foot to step on one handle to open/close the jaw many times before it can operate easier. There is some kind of an adjustment screw on the tool, but doesn't seem to do anything useful. There is no user manual that comes with the tool. I haven't got a chance to cut anything yet.

very solid with slight imperfections
so far, I've only used this (the 24" model) for cutting steel rope. it works very well for this of course, since this is rather overkill for that job. the red powder coating flaked away in a few spots when I opened it up for the first time. but overall, this tool still looks good. the bolts were very much overtightened in my opinion too, particularly the two that attach the plates directly to the jaws. I loosened these a bit, and everything moves very very smoothly now.
