We own a 1968 Firebird and regularly do car shows. Our car club rolls in and out of the shows together and if you have an old car, and are around others with old cars, then you know the pitfalls of the occasional breakdown. On Vegas roads, that can be a real danger. This set will be kept in our Firebird and be ready for use for us and any of our club members who may be having issues and need the extra safety of warning others. The puck lights offer multiple light patterns, including red flashing, chasing siren-spiral light or just a very bright flashlight.....just a word of warning, don't look directly at them when testing....I saw spots for an hour. The triangles have a bright orange fabric with a reflective edge and wide-set feet for stability. They fold nicely and the set all fits into a compact carry bag that is easily stored in your trunk. Excellent item to keep in your vehicle.

The media could not be loaded. I previously had an emergency kit in my old car, because when you take part in TSD (Time Speed Distance) rallies, it's required. (I am guessing that you will end up doing a google search for TSD Rallies - Do it, they are a blast) I haven't done a rally in a long while, but when I came across this kit, it seemed to have all that you might need in case of an emergency. The reflective triangles, the reflective jackets, and the flasher are a good combination of useful items. I was surprised to find they included gloves. However, the gloves do not appear to be cut or chemical resistant, so I am not sure why they were included. And while the jackets are very reflective, they do not fully fit my 6 foot 250 pound frame (meaning that the Velcro closures do not get any opportunity to connect - if you know what I mean). I would definitely still put them on in case of an emergency - it is always better to be seen. If you are a normal size human, they probably fit fine.I am not sure if flares have gone out of style, but I would think if you added a couple flares to this kit, it would make it perfect.Pros:1. All of the items fit neatly into the included carry sack.2. Everything is extremely reflective - so being seen will certainly happen.3. It fits nicely in my trunk.4. The flasher is bright and very visible (see video) with nine different modes including one thatappears to flash S.O.S in Morris code. It is doubtful that anyone other than a Ham radio operator would know that "Help" is what it was sending? But maybe by you reading this review, we will add to that number in the know.Cons:1. The jackets are flimsy, and I am wondering if they would only turn out to be "single use." While the product page talks about walking your dog with the vests- you would be visible, just not sure how many walks you would take before needing to replace the jackets.2. The reflective triangles may have metal bases, but the frame of the triangles are not made of sturdy materials (plastic).3. The gloves do not appear to be cut or chemical resistant.Overall:For the price, it's a no-brainer. I hope I won't have to ever need it, but it is better to be prepared.
