Question 1

Would this work outside a building? Dog owners allow their dogs to pee right at the front door!  Would it need to be covered on concrete and brick?

This product works everywhere. For the outside I recommend you spray a lot if it saturating the area you mentioned since the area or spot has been "marked". By several pets. It should work since the first time I sprayed (I refill a small spray bottle with the liquid to allow to cover more designated area and distribute more) around my apartment, my own pups have not peed anywhere other than the pads I bought and placed for them in one particular area of my apartment. Great product. Not sure though if you will need to repeat and how much, perhaps once more since once other pets get a Whif of it they will not pee at that area. Hope this is helpful.

Question 2

Can this be used on concrete? if i used it tomorrow and let it sit overnight on (friday, 10/23), would the smell be gone by 5:00pm saturday?

YES!  When I got new carpet and padding, the workers removed all the existing carpet and padding down to the concrete flooring and we used it - worked 100%!  That was in 2005 and the one gallon lasted until this year 2015 ~ put it in a spray bottle and use it before you use a carpet cleaner.  My dogs are now 15 years old, and I've used it on the carpets regularly, as needed.  Works well with the spot light / black light ~ just try it, you'll love it!  Octavia, Fresno CA 10/22/2015

Question 3

Will this remove the odor from the carpet padding?  I've tried other products however, the odor keeps coming back

If you can get enough saturation, I would definitely think so. Not an exact comparison, but I tried it on a full size pillow that my son had a largest cider on (his whole bedroom had that distinctive smell, ick!). I did have to use a lot, but it's been months, and I can't tell which one it was.

Can I put this product in a carpet cleaning machine and do the whole house at one time?

According to the instructions using the solution in a carpet cleaner will not work. Urine Off's effective ingredient is an enzyme and needs to be sprayed into the carpet and left to soak so that it can "eat" the urine. The better the area is soaked in Urine Off, the better it will work. The carpet cleaning machine could be used to remove excess liquid from the carpet after the time stated on the bottle (I don't remember the exact amount of time, but it was at least 10 minutes I think... when I use it, I leave it on for at least 30 mins before I blot the area with a towel to absorb the remaining excess liquid.) Typically pets go in the same spot so I would be surprised if Urine Off would be needed all over the house.  My suggestion is to spot treat with Urine Off and then clean the whole house with a regular carpet cleaning solution.Something else I have learned... this product and the other urine "removal" products, will only keep your house from smelling like dog urine. It will not prevent pets from going in the same area again. They can still smell the spot where they urinated.
