I purchased the Crompton EN Hyperjet BLDC Fan, but unfortunately, the product turned out to be defective. Within a short time of installation, the fan stopped working completely. I raised a complaint, and a technician visited and confirmed that the product is faulty and needs replacement. However, it has been more than 45 days, and I have still not received any replacement or proper update from the service team. This delay is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I expected much better quality and after-sales service from Crompton, but this experience has been very frustrating. I do not recommend this product due to poor quality and extremely delayed customer support.

The product is good but not that fine tune after use of 1-2 months it’s now produced some little bit of noise.

This product is really worth to the cost and elegant look.no issues with the fan,easy to fix and less electricity consumption with remote control mode

Crompton customer care phone not picking. My product is bldc fan but remote is not working

I purchased one Crompton Energion Hyperjer 1200 BLDC about a year and a half ago with having 100% confidence on the Crompton brand. After that I purchased another 2 for my firmhouse in May 2025, where it is used only 4- 5 days in a month. Recently, I noticed that 2 of my 3 fans are not working in ' hyp' mode, wobbles as the speed increases and the speed have also reduced considerably. I have a strong feeling that there must have some technical issues with these fans. I never expected Crompton can have such technical fault. They have released a product in the market without testing it thoroughly. I now suggest to all whoever wants to buy BLDC fans, not to consider Crompton brand.

Not worth for the money except the remote use. Very noisy and unwanted click sound always. You feel like you are in ICU with oxygen support. Similar beep sound
