So far, so great. Love this!
So far, effective and easy to use. I have problems with my mebomium glands (iykyk) and this is so much easier to use than the usual warm compress or a steam eye mask. This is also significantly less expensive than the brand you might have seen on socials that wants you to sign up for a subscription of add on serums and such. The heat feels AMAZING and I love that you can adjust the temperature. This worked really well on a chalazion flare-up and I’m hoping with regular use it will keep those little glands happy.

Helps with my MGD
I’m really impressed with this heated eye wand! It has been very beneficial for my MGD and feels soothing and easy to use. Great little device and definitely worth having!

Will not hold charge
Awful, do not waster your money. Worked exactly one time and now will not hold a charge long enough to even use it

Does what it says …
It’s a great portable wand that does exactly what it says. It’s preset to warm to 41C, so I drop the temp to 37C and use along the bone of my eyes but not the lids. My only concern is the inability to turn off the Red Light while using heat (Red Lightboff only when using the Vibration mode). I bought this for the heat, so unfortunately, this product will be repurposed for neck pains or the periphery of my eyes and not the lids

Perfect for Reducing Under Eye Bagage
Bought this because I keep having issues with my eye and was hoping to clear a clogged tear duct. It did not clear for me because I have a severe case that requires medical attention. With that being said this product is amazing and perfect for reducing the bags under my eyes. Just didn't serve the purpose I was hoping for. It gets really warm and has a vibrating mode. Love it. Feels like a spa experience

Helps dry eye symptoms
I've suffered from dry eyes for years and just after using this for 2 days, I feel a massive improvement. I highly recommend this device!

I'm not sure how this is better than a hot eye mask
It's nice I guess, but requires you to sit and actively use it for quite awhile. It's small and doesn't get the whole lid at once and doesn't get as hot as I'd like. It's definitely not as good as a regular microwavable eye mask.

Feels so good
Love this product! It’s a lifesaver when you feel a sinus infection starting or just are plugged up, I also have migraines and it helps when I feel one coming on. Strength of vibration is great and heat feels so good. My daughter often steals it!
