Superb hold. Tames all those little fly away hairs when one is trying to get a nice slick back or executive contour parting. Has a great smell and leaves a nice shine without being overly greasy like a lot of oil based pomades. Also, unlike oil based pomades it washes out really easy. I’ve used American Crew pomade for years but switching to this has been a great decision and I’ll not be choosing American Crew again and sticking with this.

I tend to use this product by applying it first to damp hair, second I use a few drops of water to loosen the product slightly this helps to distribute the product evenly through my hair but still gives a strong hold. I'm extremely happy with the product and will be purchasing it again.

It doesn't have quite enough hold for long enough. I have white hair and I think it might be turning it a bit yellow.

Smell could be better

This is a great pomade that does exactly what it says. The hold is really strong and keeps my hair in place all day without feeling stiff or crunchy. What I really like is that the smell isn't too much - just a light, clean scent that doesn't give me a headache or clash with cologne. The packaging looks nice too, feels solid and easy to use. Would definitely buy again!

Nachdem die blaue Reuzel Pomade leider nicht mehr verfügbar war, war ich lange auf der Suche nach einer gleichwertigen Alternative – und ich habe sie mit der Tenax Ultra Strong Shine Pomade endlich gefunden! Meine Erfahrungen im Detail: • Halt & Styling: Die Pomade hält genau das, was sie verspricht. Der Halt ist wirklich "Ultra Strong". Einmal gestylt, sitzt die Frisur den ganzen Tag bombenfest, ohne dass man ständig nachbessern muss. • Glanz: Sie verleiht einen sehr schönen, edlen Glanz, der gesund aussieht und nicht fettig wirkt. • Basis & Auswaschbarkeit: Da die Pomade auf Wasserbasis ist, lässt sie sich super einfach verarbeiten. Das Beste daran: Am Abend lässt sie sich ohne Rückstände ganz unkompliziert mit normalem Shampoo auswaschen – kein Vergleich zu fettbasierten Produkten. • Duft: Der Geruch ist ein echtes Highlight. Er ist sehr angenehm und frisch, dabei aber dezent genug, um nicht aufdringlich zu wirken oder das Parfüm zu überlagern. Fazit: Für alle, die der blauen Reuzel hinterhertrauern oder einfach eine zuverlässige, wasserbasierte Pomade mit starkem Halt suchen: Greift zu! Tenax liefert hier italienische Barbershop-Qualität ab, die mich voll überzeugt hat.

Puedo hacer comparaciones con Hey Joe y Captain Cook, que son las que me he probado de marca. Realmente, todas las pomadas extra fuertes son muy similares, se diferencian en pequeños detalles . Para mí, esta de Tenax es la mejor por el precio. Consigues una pomada de calidad a un precio mucho mas bajo que las otras, y ademas trae bastante cantidad. La de Hey Joe la dejé de usar porque notaba que tenía muy poca fuerza, y vale más cara. Esta de Tenax tiene más fuerza, un olor agradable tipo aftershave antiguo oldschool (no dulce) y de textura es muy similar a todas. Aporta buen brillo, aunque quizá te deja el pelo un poco "grasientillo", que para los que tenemos cabello seco lo agradecemos. Se lava igual de bien que la mayoria. La Captain Cook con respecto a ésta es un poco más fuerte aún, y tiene un olor demasiado dulce como a chicle de fresa acida (que no me agrada tanto). El brillo y textura muy similar. Y cuesta más de 20€. Conclusión: Me quedo con Tenax teniendo en cuenta su buen precio, ya que es muy similar al resto. Consejo: En mi caso que tengo un cabello medio-largo y denso, después de aplicar la pomada tengo que ponerme laca para que quede bien fijado. Esto con cualquier marca. Si tienes un pelo parecido no esperes que se quede bien fijado por fuerte que sea ninguna pomada.
