This tool is the next best thing to a massage. I have really bad neck pain and this tool is one of the only devices that makes my neck feel better.

I chose this one because others had reviews that the strap was too short. This one stretches all the way so I can extend my arms and tilt my head back for a perfect stretch. 5 stars!!

Long enough to fully stretch out your arms, but is super lightweight and not strong enough to actually stretch your neck. Could do the same thing with a jump rope.

Although the band feels good on the neck, the handles stretch waaaaaay too far making it impossible to hold steady and get the full force onto my neck…not the vets handle design if you want actual pressure on the neck for purvey cracking and stretching ( unless you have very long hands)

Item is 6-7" too long and the tension is very weak! The girth is perfect size for the cervical region. I use a professional device like this during PT and chiro visits so I know with the length and tension should be like. I tried choking up on the handles however, the tension is so weak you cannot get the proper disc hydration and traction. I've ordered a another brand here on Amazon but the length is way too short for extension of arms and the girth too large for the cervical area. My search for a proper one continues, I may have to pay the over-inflated price and order one from the chiro.

Well, I didn't want to believe the other reviews in regard to the length of this thing but yeah, it is way too long. No matter how you try to use it, you won't feel any traction, which is the main purpose of it
