Browned to Perfection
This is a great product and it is certainly viable to taking your pizzas to the next level. I use it for both my pizzas and my breads in the home oven and I feel that it really accelerates my browning. I have attached a picture of some of the homemade focaccia for reference in which I have achieved using this particular product. This also makes me feel a lot more comfortable because I'm not offset what I would use in malt with sugar or any other alternative sweetener.

Wonderful
If you want good baked goods use this malt. I use it for homemade pizza, breads and croissants and focaccia. Ever since I started using this I noticed a big difference. My baked goods taste awesome.

Works well. Or so the professionals tell me.
I used it for baking sourdough. I am not sure how much difference it makes since I have not compared side by side, but it does seem to make it rise a little better and give a more amber color... All in all a good buy, and at the quantity I use per loaf, it will last forever.

Great Product
A must for homemade bread. I gave it only 4 stars because there are no directions/instructions as how to use it on the container. I guess if your purchasing 'Diastatic Malt Powder' your supposed to know how to use it! That said, it works well! If you know what I mean!

Just a small amount is needed
Diastatic Malt Powder is great for giving your bread and other baked goods a better rise. The powder also adds a mild malt flavor. Just like fresh from the bakery. I really like the container. it's much easier to use than a bag style. A product I would recommend for any bakers out there.

This does NOT dissolve in hot milk. Do not expect to use it in drinks
