Review: Best quality aluminum mounts for solar panels - These aluminum rails were perfect mounted on top of 14 gauge aluminum strut channels mounted to my camper roof. I then had multiple mounting points for attaching tilting brackets for my 300w solar panels. If I change panels in the future, I will not have to drill new mounting holes in the roof just because the new panels are a different size. Just use stainless steel hardware so it won't interact negatively with the aluminum struts. Mount these to the strut channel with spring nuts.

These aluminum rails were perfect mounted on top of 14 gauge aluminum strut channels mounted to my camper roof.
