I’ve been taking this Lion’s Mane supplement for a few weeks, and I really like the high 4000 mg dosage combined with Vitamin B1 and black pepper for absorption. These are strong, especially compared to others on the market. Personally I found taking two, too much. I found I wasn't able to sleep well afterwards even if I'd taken them earlier in the day. However, I halfed the dose and take one around mid morning. Seems to be the perfect amount. I take one a day, with a magnesium supplement and this seems to do the trick for my concentration and focus, and the magnesium helps me feel less fatigued. Now I've got it right, I can't fault them 👍

Straight to the bin! Not because it didn’t work, it actually worked fine and helped me clear my mind of all the overthinking. However, the side effects the next day were scary. I was anxious as hell and felt like I was just one tiny step away from a panic attack. On top of that, I experienced a strange tingling in my legs and had no energy to do even basic household tasks. The next morning, I was completely fine again with no side effects! Maybe 4000 mg was just a bit too much.

Surpisingly effective. I took two tablets one morning and didn't give them a second thought until I was in a meeting after 5pm. My brain was clearer and I was more talkative than usual. It was similar to caffeine alertness without feeling wired. Altogether positive. The effects mirror those of my friend who recommended them. It's been two weeks and I take 1 or 2 in the morning and feel brighter. For context, I'm not usually into supplements and the only other tablets I use are a multi-vitamin with breakfast for low iron levels. This product includes vitamin B1 and there might be a relationship between my increased alertness and the B vit because it links to iron levels.
