I have been taking this for years. It keeps my period regular. Highly recommend these if your period is irregular!

Just what I wanted.

This is really it's more of a heads up than a deal breaker.The supplement is a pressed tablet that nears 3/4" (~1.9 cm) long and is about 1/4" (~6.3 mm) thick at its widest. For some that is a fairly large pressed tablet. The surface, while smooth, will get a bit sticky if you don't drink it down quickly, leading to a rough trip down. Oftentimes, a caplet will be easier to swallow at that size.If you are an avid taker of supplements, it's usually nice to have a tablet that is able to be taken relatively easily. That's the only real criticism of this particular product. So if you have difficulty swallowing larger pills, you may want to consider a lower dosage and take multiples if that's available. (e.g. 2 500mg tabs)

I have been taking Myo and D-Chiro Inositol for a little over two months now and the difference for me is night and day internally and externally. I grow hair like a beast and it's an issue I've been dealing with since I was a teen. It's incredibly embarrassing even now as a married woman. My husband accepts it and is very understanding but it doesn't make it any less embarrassing. Imagine being married and telling your husband to wait outside of the shower for 3 minutes so he doesn't see me shaving my face, or having to make an extra bathroom trip to quickly shave the stubble before having a night in. Not exactly feminine nor romantic; and it often leaves him feeling like I'm trying to find excuses to avoid him.In the past, I've tried many alternatives like waxing and laser hair removal. Waxing lasted a few days and 12 rounds of laser hair treatment still left me with hair (most of it was gone for about a year and a half and then started growing back after I got pregnant). With the combination of inositols, the embarrassment is starting to go away. Over the short time I've been taking the supplements, I've noticed a dramatic change in my facial hair growth pattern. It lessens more and more and I'm hopeful that eventually I won't have any facial hair.This is a must have for women who deal abnormal hair growth. I also recommend it for women trying to get pregnant. It's made my cycle regular and predictable. I was pretty in tune with my cycle before inositol but that was because I used OPK kits and charted my periods (I was having a period every 2-3 weeks). Since I started using inositol, I knew when I was ovulating before using an OPK and I now have a period every 4 weeks.Side note: this seller is amazing. They sent me a follow up email with extremely helpful information regarding usage of inositol for specific needs. That was very thoughtful and is helpful for anybody who is new to the supplement.

I am obese with PCOS I had trouble getting pregnant I had to use fertility med through my doctor to get pregnant the first time. My periods after giving birth was normal until about 5 months of stopping birth control. My last period was 6/2021. I started taking the Inositol 11/26. I’m hoping this restarts my periods and helps with Ovulation and mood control. 11/26-12/3 I was taking 2000mg a day and today 12/4 I started taking 4000mg. I’m not sure if your supposed to take in split doses or all together but I take them all at once so I don’t forget. For the 1st week & half I felt angry and moody and like I was on 10 all days but this week I’ve been calmer feeling kinda floaty I think it’s prolly balancing my hormones. But I also normally take anxiety meds and I ran out so it could all be side effects form them I have to get with my doctor soon to see what I need to do but so far I’m staying positive. Will update if anything improves or goes south. Prayers guys cause I really want a second baby.
