I find these plant based enzymes very effective. I have switched from the other plant based enzymes I have been using for years and I find that I need to take far less to have the desired effect. As they are encapsulated they are not full of fillers and binders which many health food store enzyme products contain.

This is revire of the seller only. The enzymes are good, but charging £6.99 for a trcked parcel is pure roberry. Will use another company next time. Enzymes cost £13.99 and tracked parcel £6.99. AVOID!!!!

These gel capsules are very useful and have helped my tummy problem. I often find that after eating even a small amount of food I suffer from it laying heavy and feeling bloated. These tablets have some enzymes in which seem to help the digestion process.
