If you travel, and want the most convenient way of keeping your phone, smart watch and earbuds charged up, here it is. I think that, just like Anker, I might be adding SwanScout to my list of preferred manufacturers. The SwanScout Charging Station arrived beautifully packaged, and worked straight out of the box. The clock display is a sort of smoky-white, which can be set to one of three brightness levels, or turned off completely. There are three independent indicators to the right of the clock display, to let you see at a glance which devices are present. I say present, because even after my earbuds and phone had full charged, the front indicator lights on the Charging Station remained lit. Which I actually prefer, because the earbuds are hidden behind the phone, so it is nice to have a reminder that there is a device sitting on the rear charge pad. The Charging Station seems to have some sort of battery built in, because after I had returned home from the hotel, and set the station back up, it had remembered the time, even though it had been unplugged for 24 hours. I also like the fact that you can manually turn off the wireless charging pads via a side button, if you want to cycle your gadget batteries. Even if you just want a good quality 'night stand' for your phone, this SwanScout device is superb.

I bought this charger in October & it proved temperamental for the first couple of days sometimes charging sometimes not. Skip forward to January, beyond any possible return date of course & the charger fails completely, although it occasionally tells the time. I liked the concept, good build quality but reliability is the key & for a product to fail within 3 months with no way to return or exchange is, quite frankly, very poor business practice. Lesson learnt I’ll not purchase this company’s products again & would urge any future buyer to reconsider before pushing the payment button.

Small, compact, easy to set up and use

Not the best, the styling if fab but functionality not so great, I’m thinking of changing for something else. Phone does not always charge (yes it’s on correctly) and the watch charges but gets hot. Not sure if all like this or I have a faulty one……

とくに旅行など、荷物を多くしたくない状況でも、折り畳める構造で持ち出せる造りなのが秀逸だと思います。 スマホは縦でも横でも充電出来、iPod、Apple Watchも全てカバー出来きます。iPadは無理です。普段使いでも旅行でも充電機はコレひとつだけで良くなるので助かります。また、簡易ですがデジタル時計も表示(任意)してくれます。 あたりまえですが、電源についてはアダプター容量の多いものを使用しないと、全て充電出来ないので注意が必要です。
