This has been a life-saver! I had to work a week-long trade show, setting it up and breaking it down. Those tear my lower back up with all the unpacking, lifting and being on our feet all day. Was able to wear this under my shirt undetected and made it through the show without horrible back spasms. Feels well made, there are two ways to tighten the brace. The first Velcro is wide and secures well, the second smaller Velcro really makes the big difference in tightening and securing the whole brace. It wears a little warm but I think that helped me, in helping my back muscles to relax a bit more. And frankly, a very fair trade-off for the support. I also like that this could be ordered in different sizes, instead of one size fits all. Price was fair and I'd buy again. Have been using daily since, especially in the mornings when my back tends to be tightest. Highly Recommended!

Great product and very comfortable especially getting my back aligned. It is pretty breathable. Also is thick but I wear baggy clothes so you can’t see it.

I have sciatica. This helps some.Gives support and it feels good. I would say I can work in my yard longer but pain comes anyway. Velcro seems to work well. I don’t know if anything would help. I haven’t tried chiropractor. Measure yourself at your belly button. Mine is 40” and fits perfectly

I ordered three different brands. THIS ONE IS THE BEST! Not too wide, not too small, not too stiff, but not too loose. It gave me extreme relief and comfort and the same time. Like instant pain relief! I didn’t even believe it. I didn’t get the same relief from other two brands, so I am going to return them. Just like 1000000% recommend. I am a nursing student, and this is what you need. Great Christmas gift for any nursing student or nurse! Or who ever in health care and taking care of patients on the bedside.

Bought this for the wider belt to keep the love handles in place. For me, this provides more of a posture correction and helps with spinal alignment but no support for heavy lifting or work around the house. The metal supports are in spiral form, zoom in on the provided images, which is why I think makes them way too flexible. Keeping as it helps with my posture.

This is a nice back brace. however, it is a little long vertically, making it difficult to sit down with it on. Mayb I have Short torso🤔 Velcro sticks fine. Ez to wrap around & secure. My back feels better when I wear it . I can only wear when I m moving around .
