The best bread ever!!
First attempt at homemade bread, used the improver in an attempt to stop the bread only lasting one day (like so many store bought loaves too, they also make me bloated too).I prepared the dough took 5 mins, covered and left to rise in the fridge over night. Then I knocked it back (punched air out of dough) and left out in room temperature to prove for an hour. Cooked in a Dutch oven and removed the lid for the last 10-15 mins.It surpassed my expectations and made the best bread I’ve ever eaten, lovely light texture and flavour. It rose beautifully and a perfect crust.Three days later and it’s still soft and not at all stale nor chewy (although nearly all been eaten). The best bit for me is it doesn’t cause my stomach to swell up like almost all store bread does.I’ve used this alongside the same brand yeast and it’s so easy to use, simply mix in with the flour whilst dry.Amazing value for money as you only need to use a tiny amount per loaf.I will be buying more without a doubt.

A brand to be trusted
I had my doubts about this however I was mistaken. Adding one tsp to the bread mix, the loaf is softer, better risen and remains fresher for up to 5 days. Before the bred would be dry after one day even in a plastic bag. This is definitely a must for use with my breadmaker.

Well use in my household..good quality..
The Baking Beauty and Beyond Professional Mix Improver Powder is a fantastic addition for anyone who enjoys baking bread at home. It truly makes a noticeable difference in the dough — giving it better elasticity, improved rise, and a softer, fluffier texture once baked. Even simple recipes turn out more professional with less effort.I love how easy it is to use: just a small amount mixed into your flour and the dough becomes smoother, easier to knead, and more consistent. It also helps the bread stay fresher for longer, which is a big bonus if you bake in batches or want to avoid dryness the next day.Whether you’re making classic white loaves, rolls, sourdough, or enriched breads, this mix improver enhances the overall structure and taste beautifully. It’s great for both beginners who want reliable results and experienced bakers aiming for that perfect bakery-quality finish.Overall, this bread improver is easy to use, highly effective, and delivers excellent results every time. A must-have for any home baker looking to elevate their bread-making!

I've been buying these before, but this time it was really bad – it broke and leaked powder.

Great for Wholemeal Bread
This stuff is a mazing. I used it for the first time today when I added it to wholmeal ingredients, and the results were very good as the bread raised a lot higher than usual.I don’t understand why there are some reviews who are giving this a low rating? One review criticised both this enhancer and his cheap second hand bread machine! Maybe it’s because they are using it wrong? Dough enhancer is for wholemeal, rye or other whole grain flours, or to be used in white bread flour recipes with heavy ingredients such as cheese. It’s not for normal white bread mix.wholemeal loaf
