We’ve had an older Hellobaby (HB32) monitor for a few years and it’s been great, but the monitor battery had reached the end of its useful life. We replaced it with this newer version, which has a much bigger screen and looks great. The problem we’ve found is that the Vox mode doesn’t work. We’ve got it set to the most sensitive level, but the monitor doesn’t activate when either camera picks up sound. The LEDs on top of the monitor flash to indicate a noise is heard, but there is no sound or picture. Not much use if you’re asleep. On testing I found that the noise level required to activate the monitor is so loud that there would be no need for a monitor! It’s a shame, because we’ve had such a good experience with this this brand previously.

I have used this monitor now for some months and have found it does exactly what it says on the tin. I have never lost connectivity and pairing the cameras to the unit is so easy. The ability to scroll between paired cameras is fantastic and exactly what I needed it for, which was to see all the children on the same monitor. The night vision gives me a great view of my children and you can even dim the brightness on the parent monitor and though I have had monitors with slightly better picture quality the other features this offers far out weighs this fact. The camera tilts and moves to get that perfect position once you've left the room and the x2 zoom helps double check what little fingers and mouths are doing. The displayed room temperature seems accurate and helps you to know whether you need more or less covers and my kids love the lullabies on loop, though I am glad I can turn them off from the parents unit once they are asleep. Great all round product.I have purchased a second for elsewhere in the house too.

Updating the review after using for 16 days.Monitor screen does not stay on, turns off after 10 seconds - there is NO option to keep it on or have it turn off after 30 minutes or an hour etc. Doesn't always pick up sound or baby crying either, so now I'm having to buy ANOTHER camera/monitor set. Waste of money.The actual camera quality is described as "Crystal Clear", this is not the case. The quality is actually very poor.The microphone is good for talking INTO, just not at picking up noiseOne thing I had not realised, is you cannot control the camera through the monitor. So if you need to move the camera to another angle, you cannot do this via the monitor like other monitors.

Performance quality is fine. The picture isn’t the best but it does a job and the main thing for us was that we could use a dual camera and 1 monitor for our 2 children. We used to have a BT 4000, so picture quality is better than that of this model.

It's ALWAYS stuck in night visionIt doesn't matter what sensitivity setting It's on, it only ever picks up the sound when I bring the picture back up.Ridiculous and sending back

After 2 weeks of use the whole system is broken. Keeps displaying no connection, tried resetting and it still wont work. The picture quality is very poor too cant make out anything. Dont waste your money.
