This is much more comfortable on my digestive system than prescription iron pills. My doctor suggested I try Floradix for an easier experience. I did find I needed a dropper to measure the 10ml dose correctly. The dosage cup provided is hard to read, and pouring the liquid in the cup is problematic! Nor should a regular spoon be used for measuring. Another thing I have to stress: you’ll need a magnifier to read the label because the print is so small.

Great nutritional support for vegetarian females who are busy and active! My daughter and I both use it to manage iron and B12 levels.

The flavor is good but it's gone in less than o month.

I usually get the imported German formula but this one seems up to par. Dosage recommendations are a bit different with times to take. This one is 20ML All at once and the original formula is 10ml 2x daily.I have not noticed a big surge in energy but it is my first day trying this one out and I didn't think to check the dosage directions until evening.Has a bit more of a carrot taste.The original iron formula has a strong iron taste when I get to the last few ML no matter how much I shake it. To be determined with the sporty formula.Delivered as expected.Was not old and fermented as others may suspect.If the cap pops off after shaking, like a shaken soda, I'd pass!
