Q: Does this bag stand up when there is nothing in it?

It does stand up when empty but as it also folds pretty flat when empty for putting out of the way it does not have stiff solid walls.

Q: I just bought this item yesterday and it has arrived, the price when I bought it was 21 pounds and today when i check it is 11 how come?

My price is 11.88 pounds, 21 pounds is sold by amazon basic, two different seller but under the same page.

Q: I received it today but it has super strong smell (maybe chemical). how come? how can i remove that smell. i removed it from my room because of that.

sorry I did not have this problem. Why not put it outside when the weather is decent and air it. If you can de smell it you will enjoy using it. I find it fabulous.
