My son has trouble sleeping and complains of leg muscles being sore often. So I'm hoping these will help with both issues. I like all the other benefits mentioned along with how natural they sound. He's only been taking them for a week so not quite long enough to notice a difference, but he does like the taste which helps, otherwise I'm afraid it'd be a fight to get him to take them.

Both my boys take the vitamins without any issues. They are teens and one is particularly picky. I just wanted some vitamins to take us the foods we eat are not necessarily full of nutrition. Definitely recommend ed.

Taste, texture and smell are far different than what you expect from average kid vitamins, would not suggest for picky kids. They do have a great combination of vital nutrients though.

Our teen loves this product. Texture is similar to fruit roll ups made with “real” fruit, nice and gummy! We’ve tried several brands with sugary like coating that hurt our teen’s teeth. This product is amazing. We are definitely buying again.
