Q: I'm 5ft 1.5 122lbs. Would a small be too small or should I get medium?

Depends on how you want it to fit I am 6’ 200 lbs 9% body fat. A xl was way to tight, set it back for a xxl. Medium would probably be the safe bet

Q: does it show nipples or not or have they changed the shirt, ordered a med and while it was too long which may have made a difference....?

I ordered an XXL and while i measure 46-48 across the chest, one shirt fit awesome while the other 2 did exactly as you said, was not wide enough to cover the nips. Hope that helps.

Q: What % cotton is the white stringer?

The manufacturer lists a 95% cotton that is stretch woven. The other 5% is not listed but it is likely a spandex type material. The fit for the ones I have is just great. The whites and the colors are great. The laundering is easy and they do not fade. They look really great on at the gym and at the store.

Q: Do you not carry XXL anymore?
