Almost any brand is decent
I use them for baking instead of parchment. After a few bakes with butter like croissants or cookies, the get some burn marks. So what. When you use a cook book, do you care if you stain the pages? I think it shows you use it. I like them with the markings, rulers and cookie circles. Good for portioning. I do use parchment for other things that I need to slide off a peel.

Good for price
These worked well. 4 stars because they donโt fit standard cookie sheets. I had to cut them down to fit. Otherwise great for the price. Used for holiday cookies & the bottoms were perfect! Even got comments at work about how great the cookies looked! Will up your baking game!

Functioned as intended. Small ones were not worth the added cost. Buy the large ones and trim them down if required.
