Perfect for holding the photographic light I have. The second will come in handy my DSLR. The clamps are extremely strong, so no chance of dislodged them, once positioned.

2nd time of buying. First time around they were so useful, I went straight to them as a solution for my next project. Non slippy ‘rubber’ strips and strong spring.

Great, but the listing showed all of the different mounts and it doesn't come with the different mounts, such as the mobil phone holder. Quite frustrating that I now have to get that as well. The clamp its self is great but I now need to get the mounts that sit on top of the ball...

Bought these to use with my trail cameras, easy to use and mount, just clip them to what you want the see etup the camera using the ball joint..

I bought it for mounting a go pro and it works a treat. There is a small allen key screw that I don't understand the purpose of. I've removed it and the clamp works fine without it. The clamp is strong and I'd expect it would easily handle a small DSLR. It seems a bit overkill for a little GoPro weight wise but it's sturdy and I'd rather have it solid than flimsy and of course to have the option of using it with bigger cameras too.

It has a ball head, meaning you can level the camera under almost any circumstances. The spring is very strong: ladies you might need both hands to get it open.

Really strong good quality clips, I use them for photography setups and they hold without problem! A much better product than anything I have previously tried!

I had a car fan with a broken clamp, so I went looking for a sturdy replacement clamp with some sort of mounting option. I figured as long as I can put a bolt through it, I can find a way to make it pivot. No need! These are sturdy yet compact, and have the pivoting action already built-in. This clamp is metal, so it's not going to shatter the way the old one did. The ball head is bolted on, and there are two holes on the other side as well, so there are plenty of options to modify or extend its function (although if you don't need the ball head, you can buy these exact clamps separately too). The little rubberized stopper is simply screwed on, and can be removed for a longer thread. I designed an adapter to attach the shaft of the fan onto the 1/4"-20 thread, and it's a much better mount than it had even before it broke. I've had no issue tightening the ball head so it can be rotated without sagging. Perfect!
