The Planalto farm, where this coffee was grown, can be found in the highlands of the Nova Rezende in Brazil. Sergio, together with his wife Mariza, has been growing specialty coffees there for the last 25 years when they inherited the farm from Mariza's father. Planalto's 3,600-foot altitude and the surrounding natural forest, contribute to the farm's unique microclimate, which is perfect for growing high-quality coffee.
