The phone met all my expectations, the phone was spotless when received and looked and functioned like brand new.If you want a great phone at a great price, this is the place.

I have been using Samsung Phones for over a decade and have always been impressed with their quality. When smartphones became a thing, I like using the Samsung Galaxy Note line because the stylus always gave me an edge with an extra means to quickly jot down information. I was sad to hear that they got rid of the Note line, but am very happy that they included the Stylus on the Ultra version of the Samsung Galaxy S23. For those people who are unfamiliar the stylus allows you to take a quick note on the blank "closed" screen and has Bluetooth functionality that I personally use to activate the camera and take a photo. Another added feature that not too many people seem to utilize is the DEX functionality. This feature allows you to use your phone as a computer when you connect a Monitor, Keyboard, and Mouse. This is done (usually) by using a USB c to HDMI type adapter or dock. This alone is amazing for me because I am able to use my phone as a dedicated desktop while traveling. You can not use Windows or Apple programs as far as I know; you are limited to the apps that are available on the app store (both Google's and Samsung's). This is a great purchase for the price being offered here!

I was a little worried about buying a refurbished phone but so far I'm very satisfied with the product I received. Great savings and the phone is fantastic.

Not super happy about the condition of one of these two phones that I just purchased. One has a noticeable crack starting roughly 1/4 of an inch from the top left corner and hair lining towards the center of the screen. Id say good condition but not what I'd consider excellent. The other(which I'm writing this from) as of now seems to be an excellent condition phone. Will update as I notice more/ if problems arise

I ended up going for weeks without a phone. Cause none of the other providers could unlock verizon from this phone for some me to get Verizon that I was trying to get rid of. Also the battery does not hold the charge well for "brand new" "Refurbished" phone. I feel the advertising was deceptive and miss leading. I would have been much better off by in a brand new phone.

I was weary of purchasing a used phone. This phone didn't have a single scratch on it, it was perfect just like brand new. The phone was fully unlocked, I had no trouble setting this up with my service provider. Everything transferred easy and I've been using this phone for months without a hitch. Amazing phone.

Product arrived on time and in good condition. Some minor signs of prior use but nothing major. No issues in moving data from my previous Samsung phone. Working fine so far, about three weeks. I would suggest better packing as the phone was loose in the box and bouncing around.

I bought this S23 Ultra at a higher cost than the other "refurbished" sellers.. and I will tell you for this phone - I am not disappointed. It has worked well for the month I have used it! This is a seller - I would buy from again!

I'm happy with my purchase. It arrived on time Except how they packed the item. It wasn't secured no bubble wrap and the box was open when received. But overall the item is in good condition, works perfectly with charger and warranty card. Hoping that will last. Excited to explore other features. Phone is good, no scratch, has minimal dirt on the charging and S pen slot, so when ordering this, you might want to check those spots. Nonetheless, the unit is good quality

La batterie dure maximum une journée et je ne joue à aucun jeu. J'avais vu qu'elle durait nor malement plus longtemps, 2 à 3 jours pour le s23 alors ça doit être en raison du fait que le téléphone est reconditionné. Assez décevant, ça n'ira pas en s'améliorant.

The phone works perfectly however the charger that came with the phone suddenly stopped working after 60 days. The charger shipped with the phone is not a good quality charger.
