everything about these is great from price to qualityim only knocking it down a star for packaging 1 of my 3 was bent in shipping

first of all, it arrived in really cheap and flimsy sandwich of 1 layer of cardboard and a thin slice of foam sheet. the photo print substrate (aluminum sheet) is resiculously thin, likely 24 to 26 Gauge and actually resembles a super cheap vehicle lisence plate. combination of no handling alerts for fragility, cheap pachaging and flimsy materials adds up to high chance your print will arriave with fold marks and crimps like mine did. luckily i am a goldsmith with tools and was able to burnish from behind and correct the problem... Second, when i placed the order they have a dialogue interface that requires the customer to upload, orient and crop the pic and then choose background color anbd text for written accent and whatever u want to be printed with the pic. I most certainkly did not design the layout to sit over the most washed out with light place in the whole composition. not enough contrast to clearly read thew text. and its not centered at all. it looks like crap, who would order it like this? they ignored my layout request and changed the parameter i chose to meet needs. lastly, as advertised, metal base is suposed to have extra luminosity and share a more vibrant print when compaired to traditional digital print. it looks as if the quality is not that high at all and the resolution is poor along with the ink being mostly opaque...all in all, this item simply did not acheive an equal status among the good products that that can also be found here.

I like that I accidentally ran a pin across it and it did not scratch the picture. The quality is good. I only gave it four stars because it arrived dented and does not lie flat now.

I had four pictures enlarged and printed on metal. They came out beautifully! The colors were spot on as well. I will definitely buy again!
