UPDATE 03DEC22 - I've only used this heater during the winter, so effectively, I brought it out again about a week ago to use I used it for one week and the heater has now died. I bought in Feb 2022. It lasted 10 month and not with regular use. Italy have broken down sooner if I had used it often.I did a bit of research before settling on this model. DONYER Convector heater with timer in white.I'll start with the positive and then move on to the issues some buyers experienced ( these are in the reviews and Q&A sections).POSITIVES1) Powerful heating: I use this in a large sitting room with high victorian ceilings. When on full power, the room gets very hot and toasty. I often have to turn it off or lower the temperature.2) The three heat settings are fantastic and needed because the heater is really effective. I out it on full power until it gets toasty then I turn it off or keep it at the lowest temperature to maintain a comfortable warm room.3) It's a good size - not too small and not too large. It's light weight, so it's easy to move around.4) with the exception of the feet (see CONS below), it's quite sturdy and I like the design.So, if you deciding whether this will be suitable for a small office or a large room, I can tell you that it will serve you well.CONS1) The feet, you'll see from my pictures, that attaching them was a nightmare. The holes under the main body were not properly aligned. I jave to squeeze the ends of the heater to align them (this meant that fitting the feet took forever, even with an electric screw driver kit). This has meant fiat the feet are not as sturdy as I would like.2) It gets hot all over. The whole heater unit gets hot so you need to be careful when moving it when's it's hot. Even the black handle Sections get hot. The white body must not be touched. That being said, I don't think it's unique to this brand.3) The timer. The timer looks line it's and old school (ancient but im not familiar with all timers so this may be how none digital timers are designed) type of timer and although you get instructions for how to set it up, I don't use it. I only used it once to try it out and it seemed to work but I generally don't bother. I just turn the heater on as and when I need it. For info the timer is a dial with multiple sliders that correspond to 24 hour clock. See images for the dial.4) The cord/cable. This is short but I think it can be remedied with a surge protected extension lead. The shortness was a surprise and at times annoying.5) Setting it up. It was a challenge and took a very long, long time because of the poorly designed holes for the feet.Despite the CONS, I like this heater and don't regret buying it.

Nice heater,purchased to hear up caravan. Does the job. Quite surprised how much heat it pumped out. Very happy with it. Have not used the timer function so maybe could of got away with the slightly cheaper. Non timer one. But was happy to buy this one as it was a reasonable price.. Very light easy to assemble.

Nice and small, heats a small room perfectly well even on low heat, it's a great product.

It's a lovely looking heater but when it's heating it's dangerous to touch the side of the heater if you are trying to move it somewhere else as its extremely hot and can cause burn. I have burn my hand already with it

This portable greater is a game changer. it does turn off when it us too hot then on again when it cold. very light in weight. Was to assemble(connecting the foot plate). World's like one of the central heater. Highly recommended

This heating unit is fine. The built in timer works as it should. It is easy to keep it plugged in and then select 'on', 'off', or 'timer' as required. The one I received was well put together. I would get another one of these. Just to clarify, it can be plugged in all the time, and used continuously. The warning is for situations where the heater cannot bring the air up to temperature and the thermostat is therefore unable to turn off the heating elements from time to time. In a normal domestic situation that situation will not arise.

Overpriced for the quality you receive. Need to fit the feet on for freestanding but the holes don’t line up! Metal on one side bent. Overall really not worth the money but deseparate for something now it’s turned so cold and boiler broken so had to keep. Eats electricity at an alarming rate so hoping the plumber can resolve problems with boiler soon!!

I find one problem with this heat mat. It’s not big enough for me. I shall be buying a second soon as.As it advertises, your project will be set in two hours or less where a pressure pot is often longer. I absolutely love & recommend this item. Great value. I just usually do a mix big enough to need two heat mats. Fantastic product. Great value for you pennies

I am happy with the price I paid for the product I got. Light weight and 3 different power modes. Takes a bit of time to warm the room like every other convection heaters. I keep it on, at a medium temperature and let the thermostat do its thing.

It can get very warm but you gotta be very close to it to feel it. Don’t expect it to change the temperate of a room instantly because it takes a while to feel the difference in ambient temperate in a bedroom let alone a whole house. Overall it’s okay but a $20 heating fan would do the same if not better. You can aim this anywhere, just shoots straight in the air.
