Very lightweight
Would not hold any additional chain or a metal sign. Weights it down and it pulls it over. Wouldn’t recommend.

Cheap and unstable
Definitely not stable. Hooks are plastic, fittings are plastic... plugs in base are plastic.... they warp and won't fit. Wouldn't recommend
